Silicone Hemmer - Jenerates

A hot hemmer is so useful, this one is truly heat resistant, won't buckle with steam, and doesn't get burning hot when you use it! Made in silicone, it's firm enough to work even with bouncy wool and it's heat resistant to 230°C.  The holes show the gauge and let the steam through. You can even use the hemmer under the edge of fabric when ironing on fusible interfacing, the glue won't stick to the silicone. And if you're ironing on a sleeve ham, the hemmer will hug the curve on that too without pushing your fabric out of place.

One side has a gentle curve, the other is straight.  Both sides have small holes so you can mark your fabric for super-accurate placement (the metric version has rows of holes at 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 cm, with additonal markings at 1.5cm.)  You can also use the holes to pin through the hemmer without damaging it plus the holes let the steam through. There are two corner curves as well, great for pressing pockets.
