This is a lovely lightweight seersucker cotton fabric from the Japanese fabric company Kokka. It is great for all those summer projects. 

Seersucker is a fabric wear the fibres bunch together to give a wrinked or puckered effect

• Machine wash cold,  iron on cotton setting with steam
