Tulip Skirt – The Assembly Line

A skirt for all occasions. The wide tulip-shaped skirt features zipper opening at back and in-seam pockets.

SKILL LEVEL: intermediate 

Fabric needed:

140-150 cm fabric width
XS 2.2 m / S 2.3 m / M 2.4 m / L 2.5 m

110-120 cm fabric width
XS 2.7 m / S 2.8 m / M 2.8 m / L 2.9 m

Suggested fabrics are light to mid weight fabrics such as tencel, cotton twill, denims, wool, lightweight canvas. The black skirt is sewn in a tightly woven and quite thin wool fabric.

You will also need:

• Matching thread
• 20 cm zipper (concealed or coil)
• 0.2 m interfacing
