    DESCRIPTION

    This Mr. Brachio & Baby Needle Felting Kit is from the Japanese company Hamanaka. This kit is specifically made for dry (needle) felting and is from the series ‘Neon Color Animals’, making 1 super cool Dinosaur with a baby breaking out of its colourful shell.

    The fluorescent colours make this kit spectacular, but the designs are easy to create, even for beginners!

    The design is by the popular Japanese artist Midori Hattori. Midoro Hattori is born in the Nagano Prefecture in Japan. After graduating from Musashino Art University’s Department of Sculpture, Midori joined Sanrio company as a 3-D design designer. After leaving the company she established the design office Pochevert. She currently publishes creative work in children’s books, women’s magazines, and educational journals. She is also engaged in formative instruction on the Shinshu University, as well as in art therapy and disabled children’s formative education as a clinical artist.

    Size: approx. 7 cm tall. Keep in mind that the size depends on how tightly you felt the design.

    What you will need (not included): felting needle, felting mat, scissors, glue.

    Hamanaka’s Aclaine is an in-house produced special high quality acrylic fibre designed specifically for needle felting. It makes needle felting extremely fast, even up to half of the time normally required. It is incredibly cohesive and leaves a beautifully smooth surfaces. Some of the bright and superior colours are only able to dye on acrylic fibres. 

    Aclaine is perfect for beginners, kids and vegan friendly.
