Hana-Fukin (literally "kitchen cloth" or "flower cloth" in Japanese) refers to practical and decorative fabric coupons , decorated with Sashiko patterns, which are frequently found in Japanese homes. They can, for example, be used to make a personalized embroidered cushion or an original set for your tea service.
The Maru Bishamon pattern is a traditional Japanese geometric pattern that refers to Bishamon, one of the seven Gods of luck. Bishamon is always depicted wearing full armor, carrying a spear and a miniature pagoda in each hand, and his armor is decorated with these specific patterns that you find on the fabric of this kit.
