No Products in the Cart
You may return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving the items, excluding items that are made and/or cut to order.
If you would like to return items, you must contact us before returning them. To start your return process, contact us: customerservice@crossandwoods.com. When your return is accepted by us, make sure to return your item(s) to our store.
All items must be returned unused, with their original package/label and be in perfect and resalable condition.
Excluded for returns or exchanges are: digital products, patterns, magazines, anything cut/measured/made to order.
All of our classes/workshops have a no cancellation policy. Please get in direct touch with us if you need to cancel/reschedule your class.
EXCHANGES
You can always contact us directly if you’d like to exchange a product. But the fastest way to ensure you get the specific item you want, is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then follow the regular return procedure for the exchange item.
If you’d rather come by in person, please mail us your request for an in store exchange.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund was fully approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method used.
We will issue a refund of the returned item(s) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Please allow some additional time for your bank/credit card company/paypal to process the refund.
If you have returned your entire order, we will refund you the original shipping costs (if applied) automatically.
Return shipping costs incurred by you returning the goods will only be refunded under the following circumstances:
For orders shipped outside of the EU, all additional fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse or wish to return a shipment, we can refund your order once it’s returned to us. However, if there are any additional shipping fees or import taxes incurred, we are unable to cover these costs and this amount will be deducted from your final refund.
