A Pure & Simple Wool from Lanivendole is a single ply, very fine Italian wool from the Abruzzo uplands. More than 10 farms have been working for the last 10 years to breed this merino crossbreed; AQUILANA sheep.
Lanivendole are very proud of this bouncy single ply sport yarn, made of 100% Italian wool that has been spun at a highly skilled mill in the foothills of the Alps and then hand-dyed in a pastel palette.
The yarn is 1 ply semi-worsted skeins.
These skeins and lovely colours are hand dyed so each skein will be different and the colours can vary slightly from the photos.
Lanivendole are a traceable, small scale producers creating a exquisite artisan yarn made by Stefania and Giulia in Italy.
