Join Tamara in this 4 hour class to make your own hand sewn pincushion.
This is the perfect workshop to practice your hand sewing skills in a mindful way. During the workshop you will make a hand sewn pincushion filled with stuffing with handy flaps & a hand braided tie so you can safely store your needles and pins and take them everywhere with you.
You will be learning how to hand sew, fill the cushion and there will be plenty of time to decorate your project with Sashiko patterns to make your project extra beautiful.
If you would like to decorate your pincushion with Sashiko we ask that you have already experience with the Sashiko technique either having learned at home or having taken Our Sashiko course.
We have scheduled a beginners Sashiko workshop directly before this workshop so you could immediately try out your newly learned skills with the pincushion workshop.
Language: English & Dutch
Level: beginner
Skills required: No embroidery experience is needed for this class. We welcome absolute beginners to the advanced embroidery enthusiasts! But if you would like to use Sashiko on the pincushion you need to have some experience.

fabric to sew the pincushion, 2 pieces of fabric 30x21 cm ( cotton)
